A Full Property Takeover offers exclusive access to Earth Alive — all stays, all spaces, all nine acres.
This option is ideal for retreats, weddings, workshops, corporate offsites, and private gatherings that
require privacy, flow, and freedom.
With the entire property to yourselves, the space transforms to hold your intention — from sunrise yoga
and creative sessions to celebrations under the stars. It’s not just a booking; it’s a shared experience
with the land.
Terms & Conditions – Full Property
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹45,000 per night
- Weekends (Fri & Sat nights): ₹65,000 per night
- GST included
- Food is charged at actuals and paid directly by guests
- 10% service charge is not included and payable to the on-site team
- Includes Exclusive Access To
- All treehouses, bunker nests, common areas, kitchen, pool, amphitheatre, and outdoor spaces
- Guest capacity to be discussed and agreed upon at the time of enquiry
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 1:00 PM
- Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability
- Events must align with Earth Alive’s ethos of mindful, low-impact use
- Any damages to property or infrastructure will be charged at actuals
